This Privacy Policy applies to Fantaptic (referred to as "We," "Us," or "the Game") and describes what data is collected and how it is used.

1. User Age Limits & Child Privacy

The Game is intended for general audiences and is not targeted at children under 13 years of age.

To protect player privacy, we configure our advertising partners to treat all ad requests as child-directed / age-restricted. As a result, our advertising partners serve only contextual, non-targeted, and age-appropriate advertisements, and do not use personal identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA) to track users across other apps.

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personally identifiable information (such as your real name, physical address, or phone number) on external servers managed by us.

We and our integrated third-party service providers may automatically collect:

  • Gameplay Statistics & Diagnostics: Game progress, performance metrics, and crash/bug logs.
  • Device Identifiers & Technical Data: Device model, iOS version, language settings, and Vendor ID (IDFV).
  • Coarse Location Data: Approximate location (country or city level) derived from your IP address.
  • Ad Interaction Data: Information regarding ad impressions, views, and clicks.

Data collected is used strictly for operational and improvement purposes:

  • Gameplay statistics and crash reports are used internally to fix bugs and improve game performance.
  • Approximate location and ad interaction data are used by our advertising partners to serve contextual ads and measure ad performance.

5. Game Center / Apple GameKit Integration

Our Game integrates Apple GameKit / Game Center to offer leaderboards and achievement features.

When you use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center player ID, nickname, avatar, scores, and achievement progress. Leaderboards and achievement data exist solely within and are controlled by Apple Game Center. We do not store or retain your private Apple ID credentials on our own servers.

Depending on your location (such as the EEA or California), you may have statutory rights regarding data collected by our third-party SDK partners, including the right to request access to or deletion of collected diagnostic and device data.
